Lillian coordinates and trains in nursing and midwifery CPD courses, tailoring teaching to adult learning principles. Her efforts accredited Aga Khan University, developed 10+ courses, and conducted 80+ training, benefitting 3,100+ nurses and midwives. 

She launched the Best Medical Center in March 2022 to address healthcare gaps in her community. Despite challenges, the centre has served over 5,000 individuals, offering various services and free health education. Ongoing collaborations aim to expand impact with community support.

Lilian’s influence spans across education, clinical practice, and advocacy. She initiated the “Your Nurse and Midwife on Air” project, reshaping public perceptions. Leading research on maternal and child health, she advocates for various healthcare policies for women. Her media campaigns and webinars successfully lobby for their inclusion among priority vaccination groups, saving lives and highlighting her initiatives’ public health impact.
