Nurse Anna Qabale Duba from Kenya emerged victorious from amongst 24,000 nurses and was felicitated by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group.
